The role of the Cash Flow Manager involves overseeing all invoice and credit control functions, ensuring that customer invoices are raised in a timely and accurate manner, and payment is collected within terms. This position also entails assisting the finance manager with continuous improvement initiatives within sales order processes, credit control, and business analysis.
1. Oversee all sales invoices according to system guidelines and VAT legislation.
2. E nsure timely payment from customers through relationship development.
3. Post receipts and refunds for customers.
4. Raise credit notes as necessary.
5. P rovide month-end reporting on overdue debt.
6. Daily banking - receipt tasks should be completed efficiently.
