Skills Requirements
* Strong teamwork and communication skills — the role involves close collaboration with colleagues across warehouse and production areas
* Good concentration and attention to detail
* A technical mindset and strong practical ability — comfortable working with hands-on processes and equipment
* Basic computer literacy (experience with inventory or production systems is an advantage)
* Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
* Flexibility to support production and operations activities when needed
* Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training across warehouse and production processes
* Commitment to meeting customer requirements, productivity targets, and quality standards
* Focus on efficiency — maximise output, minimise waste, and maintain an organised workspace
* Adherence to all company safety, quality, and environmental policies
Experience Requirements
Previous warehouse experience (e.g., goods in/out, stock handling, or dispatch) would be an advantage but is not essential, as full in-house training will be provided for the successful candidate.
A valid Forklift License would be an advantage; however, training and certification can be provided as part of the role.
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment would also be beneficial.
