Sales Team Lead – Digital Marketing Agency Accounts

We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused Sales Team Lead to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of multilingual Agency Account & Partner Managers within a leading digital marketing environment. This role offers the chance to drive measurable business outcomes by leveraging innovative ad solutions that help brands build awareness, increase sales, and engage their target audiences on a cutting-edge social media platform.

What You'll Do

1. Lead and manage a motivated team of Agency Account & Partner Managers, supporting and scaling agency partnerships and advertiser portfolios.
2. Set, monitor, and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
3. Identify and remove barriers to improve team productivity and success.
4. Coach and develop your team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
5. Recruit and onboard top talent to maintain a high-performing sales team.
6. Motivate and inspire the team through goal-oriented leadership, driving individual and collective performance.
7. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous growth.
8. Uphold high standards of salesmanship and customer engagement quality.
9. Lead initiatives to scale operations, solve upstream customer challenges, and grow client revenues.
10. Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are consistently met.
11. Act as a point of escalation for complex client queries and internal challenges.

Who You Are

12. Experienced in leading sales teams within the digital marketing or agency landscape.
13. Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals.
14. Proficient in managing KPIs, forecasting sales opportunities, and improving team workflows.
15. Strong communicator, fluent in English and ideally additional languages.
16. Familiar with CRM systems or sales automation tools like Salesforce.
17. Analytical and solution-oriented, with a passion for delivering results.
18. Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
19. Experienced in recruiting and building high-performance sales teams.
