RecruitNet is hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 - Angiography for our client, a leading Hospital in Co Dublin.
Responsibilities
Taking charge of the angiography department's patient flow to ensure that start times are met and turnaround times between treatments are kept to a minimum.
Focusing on operational procedures to maximize lab coordination, enhance turnover, and ensure timely starts to maximize the performance of the existing laboratory capacity.
Assist the CNM2 in overseeing the department's operations.
Monitor grievances and collaborate with risk and quality management.
Participate in quality improvement projects to increase patient satisfaction.
Identify educational needs and pursue self-study, seminars, or staff development programs to improve skills.
Evaluate nursing practices, instruct others, and assess their impact on patient care quality.
Assign professional responsibilities to staff, acknowledging their competencies.
Requirements
Registered with the NMBI's general division.
Evidence of ongoing professional development.
At least five years post-registration, with a minimum of two years in an angiography department.
