A leading organisation is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to support on an interim basis for 2-3 months. If you are an experienced HR Generalist, HR Executive, HR Manager or HR Business Partner open to an immediate start and contract role, please get in touch.
What you'll do:
As an HR Business Partner you will:
* Support the implementation of colleague engagement initiatives such as surveys, recognition programmes, and wellbeing campaigns designed to enhance the overall employee experience.
* Lead forums that provide colleagues with effective platforms to share feedback, raise ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement within the organisation.
* Promote and support wellbeing resources including Employee Assistance Programmes and mental health initiatives, ensuring these are accessible and well-communicated.
* Foster a culture of openness, fairness, and inclusion through every interaction with colleagues and managers.
* Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends from feedback data, and collaborate with managers to address risks or concerns related to colleague experience.
* Track and report on engagement-related data while identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with operational teams.
* Act as a trusted HR advisor for operational managers by providing consistent, timely, and practical support on people management matters.
* Coach managers on handling sensitive or complex issues such as absence management, probation reviews, wellbeing concerns, and underperformance cases.
* Deliver or co-deliver manager workshops on HR topics including conflict resolution, conducting reviews, and building team performance.
* Ensure managers understand and consistently apply HR policies and procedures while contributing to policy reviews in line with evolving Irish employment law.
What you bring:
To excel as an HR Business Partner in this organisation, you will have:
* Previous experience in HR roles with strong grounding in employee relations and HR operations within regulated environments.
* Comprehensive understanding of Irish employment legislation combined with proven ability to implement HR policies effectively across multi-site organisations.
* Demonstrated capability in building trusted relationships with managers while coaching them through complex people matters such as investigations or disciplinary processes.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills evidenced by preparing clear documentation for case files, reports, meeting notes, and outcome letters.
* Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail enabling you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or confidentiality.
* Experience supporting or leading formal investigations including grievances, complaints, disciplinary matters or safeguarding concerns in accordance with fair procedures.
* Proficiency in producing reports using HR systems (HRIS) alongside interpreting data insights for informed decision-making regarding engagement or performance trends.
* High level of discretion coupled with professionalism when handling confidential information or sensitive issues involving colleagues or managers.
* Competence using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) for efficient record-keeping and internal communications across departments.
