Salary
:Base up to €33,000 + commission per month on top around €6,000 per year
A multi-award-winning travel agency is seeking experienced Travel Consultants to join its team.
The role involves booking a wide range of holidays, including cruises, city breaks, sports packages, and long-haul trips, working with a broad selection of airlines and tour operators. You will collaborate with knowledgeable professionals in a lively and upbeat retail environment.

What does my day to day look like?
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Provide expert travel advice and recommendations based on customer needs
* Research and plan itineraries, including flights, accommodation, tours, and transfers
* Book holidays, cruises, city breaks, and long-haul trips using a range of suppliers
* Upsell additional services such as upgrades, insurance, excursions, and car hire
* Manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently
* Ensure accurate and detailed documentation for all travel arrangements
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, airline schedules, and supplier promotions
* Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to store performance
* Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Work collaboratively with the team to support store operations and peak periods
Requirements
:
* Proven experience in retail travel or travel sales
* Strong sales skills with the confidence to convert enquiries and maximise opportunities
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Sound geographical knowledge
* Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
* Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the workplace
* Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Enthusiastic about travel and passionate about providing great experiences for customers
