About the Role
This Branch Operations Manager position requires a strong leader who can drive business objectives and manage daily branch operations in a regulatory compliant manner. The successful candidate will build a culture of change and promote our Blackbelt model to drive bank success.
Key Responsibilities
* Branch Leadership: Plan and coordinate branch activities daily, optimising capacity and efficiencies.
* Team Supervision: Manage a team undertaking CF3 & CF4 roles, providing coaching and development opportunities.
* Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, advising customers throughout their product/financial needs journey.
* Business Development: Drive management of business development and lead generation personally and across the team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive business growth in a regulated environment.
