Job Summary
This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Maintenance & Engineering Manager to oversee the facilities management of four cold store distribution centres across Dublin and Cork.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with experience in a multi-site facilities management role within the logistics sector.
In this hybrid working role, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and facilities staff, overseeing building services, refrigeration systems, racking, MHE and automation, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver CAPEX projects across the portfolio
* Ensure adherence to compliance / health and safety regulations
* Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules
* Work closely with senior management to develop strategic facilities plans
* Manage external contractors and suppliers
* Implement and manage energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering or related field (desirable)
* Previous experience in multi-site facilities management role within logistics sector
* Strong knowledge of 2014 EU F-Gas Regulation (517/2014), EU Refrigeration Standard EN 378 and Risk Management Programs
* IOSH / NEBOSH Certification
* Knowledge of compliance/health and safety regulations
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills
