Job Title: Leisure Club Attendant - Membership Experience Specialist
About the Role:
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure clubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all members, providing a welcoming and professional service
Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling initiatives to promote the club's services
Administer membership enquiries and complete sales transactions with customers
Ensure the general cleanliness and maintenance of the club during opening hours
Requirements:
Fluent English language skills and excellent communication abilities
Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid training are essential
National Certification in Education and Fitness (NCEF) qualification or equivalent required
Able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a desire to progress in your career
