Senior Client Relationship Manager

Role Overview
The Senior Client Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of key clients and ensure the delivery of high-quality, professional services. You will act as the primary point of contact, build strong long-term relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned client portfolio.
* Organise and attend regular client review meetings and calls.
* Resolve client queries promptly and professionally.
* Build a deep understanding of client requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements or additional services.
* Attend client board meetings, coordinate internal attendance, and manage follow-up actions.
* Keep clients updated on products and services.
* Ensure management is fully informed of any client-related issues.
* Support clients in launching new funds and services.
* Ensure all required documentation is in place and maintained.
* Liaise with internal teams to address operational issues.
* Participate in local and group-wide projects.
* Develop strong working relationships across departments and with clients.
Key Skills & Experience
* 7+ years' experience as a Client Relationship Manager within the funds industry.
* Experience presenting and leading at board or client meetings.
* Strong working knowledge of at least one area: fund accounting, transfer agency, custody, trustee, or financial reporting.
* Good understanding of current regulatory developments in the funds sector.
* Project management experience.
* Degree in business or a related field; relevant qualifications welcomed.
* French language skills are an advantage.
