The Role
* Advising clients on a range of construction law matters, including contract drafting, risk management, and dispute resolution.
* Handling contentious and non-contentious work, including construction litigation, adjudications, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
* Working with developers, contractors, and public sector clients on high-value infrastructure and construction projects.
* Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, and warranties.
* Providing legal support on project delivery and regulatory compliance.
The Person
* NQ-4 years’ PQE with experience in construction law from a well-regarded firm.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction contracts, adjudication, and dispute resolution.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
