Senior HRBP
Dublin City - Hybrid (3 days/week in Office)
€75k - €80k with fantastic benefits
This is a very interesting time to join this well known public sector related organisation as they embark on a transformation programme to deliver the operational and commercial goals and build a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, support and excellent performance.
You will report to the CPO and work with your HR team to support and mentor line managers to deliver day to day advice. Getting involved in projects, and initiatives to drive the culture, partnering with business units and developing key relationships, implement new processes and update policies that align with best practice initiatives. You will drive employee Engagement, performance management, Recruitment, Learning, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, succession planning as well as several other projects.

If you are a strategic HRBP, with ambition, drive, can operate with confidence and have no less than 5 years in a HR position with responsibilities in each of the areas outlined above, then apply for immediate consideration.
