Manage files, billing, and customer updates accurately and efficiently. Communicate across teams and with external partners to resolve discrepancies. Generate delivery and performance reports. Support wider operations projects as needed. What Youll Need: 3+ years in logistics/transport planning (freight forwarding knowledge a plus). Strong IT skills, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Good geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland. Excellent organisation, numeracy, and communication skills.
