IT Project Manager - Contract Role Cork (Hybrid)
My client a global company based in Cork is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team to lead the delivery of 2 strategic IT enabled projects with impact across multiple business functions. Ideal candidate will have hands on experience of ERP delivery, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing environment
Successful candidate will be required to be onsite 2-3 days a week in West Cork.
The Job:
* Lead project planning - defining scope, deliverables, activities and timelines
* Assess potential risks and develop and implement comprehensive mitigating actions.
* Oversee the implementation of project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
* Drive accountability towards project milestones, monitor and report on project progress and make adjustments to stay on track.
* Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates and address any concerns.
* Ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards and expectations.
* Manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are controlled.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience project managing IT enabled projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
* Hands on experience of ERP delivery, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing environment
* Professional certification in project management is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
* Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate and build relationships cross functionally.
