Job Description:
The Central Hotel, Donegal Town are seeking a reliable and dedicated Night Porter to join our team. Full-time or part-time role will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas, including lobbies, hallways and restrooms throughout the night.
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as required
* Ensure only guests are allowed beyond the reception areas for security and safety reasons.
* Respond to guest inquiries and assist with any late-night requests.
* Conduct regular checks of the hotel premises to ensure everything is secure and in order.
* Provide support to other staff members as needed including light maintenance.
* Report any maintenance or security issues to the relevant departments.
* Provide a friendly and professional service to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
* Must be available to work overnight, including weekends and holidays.
