We're looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to lead a Scrum team building a large enterprise tax platform used to calculate, process, and present tax returns for large companies. The system runs on .NET 8, Azure, Angular, and modern cloud-native architecture.
What You'll Do
* Lead a Scrum team of 6 developers/testers
* Act as the main technical contact for client stakeholders
* Drive high-quality, on-time delivery across the full SDLC
* Stay hands-on: coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and design
* Promote best practices, design patterns, and continuous improvement
* Support production, incident management, and performance tuning
Tech Stack
* Backend: C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET WebAPI, EF Core, MSSQL
* Frontend: Angular, Bootstrap (micro frontends), basic React knowledge
* Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
* Other: SignalR, OAuth/JWT, Application Insights
What You Bring
* 7+ years software development experience
* Strong expertise in C# / .NET, API design, and SQL
* Proven experience as a backend-focused lead
* Experience with Azure, CI/CD, and production support
* Solid understanding of system architecture and distributed systems
* Excellent English communication and consultant mindset
* Availability to collaborate with US time zone teams

* Azure Services (App Service, Functions, Service Bus)
* Angular or other frontend frameworks
* Microservices, Redis, NoSQL, MediatR
