Marketing Manager Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing all sales and marketing efforts. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ticket Sales & Theatre Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive ticket sales for theatre performances, festivals, and special events.
* MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events): Lead sales initiatives to promote Hotels meeting and conference spaces to local, national, and international clients.
* Building Corporate Relationships: Establish and nurture corporate partnerships to expand the venues market reach and drive group bookings.
* Marketing of All Outlets: Oversee the marketing of all Hotel & Theatre outlets, including the Bar & Restaurant, hotel rooms, and event spaces.
Reporting & Analytics: Report weekly & monthly on account performance and general activity to key Directors.
This role requires a proven track record of driving ticket sales and building successful corporate partnerships, with a strong knowledge of MICE sales and event management.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or events industry.
