This role is central to the consistent delivery of our projects, ensuring that client contracts are effectively managed while coordinating and scheduling technicians and installers to meet project requirements.About the RoleThis role is central to the consistent delivery of our projects, ensuring that client contracts are effectively managed while coordinating and scheduling technicians and installers to meet project requirements.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage client contracts from initiation to completion.Schedule and coordinate technicians and installers to ensure efficient project delivery.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships.Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, addressing any issues proactively.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.Provide regular reporting on contract performance and resource allocation.Support the wider operations team in achieving overall business goals.QualificationsProven experience in a Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role.Required SkillsStrong background in scheduling and managing field-based teams (technicians/installers).Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of health & safety regulations.IT proficiency (scheduling software, MS Office, or similar tools).
