Job Title: Senior Behaviour Specialist

A leading private healthcare provider seeks a Senior Behaviour Specialist to undertake Functional Assessments and develop Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans. This role involves managing individual caseloads, training staff, and supporting positive behaviour support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive behaviour support plans that meet the needs of each individual case load
