You will act as the functional owner for in-store execution, ensuring SAP solutions effectively support high-volume grocery store operations, franchise models, and multi-site rollouts.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Retail Solution DesignLead Fit to Standard / Fit to Gap workshops for store operationsLead store & franchise lifecycle management, including new store creation, store changes & store closuresDefine and execute store deployment and rollout approaches, including pilots, phased rollouts, and large-scale deploymentsEnable store-specific handling of local vendors, local assortments and products, store-specific pricing and promotion compliance, markdowns, label printing, shelf labels, and in-store price communicationOwn in-store merchandise and inventory management processes, includingStore Goods Receipt (GR)Stock adjustments and correctionsPhysical inventory / cycle countsStock transfers (store to store, DC to store)Waste, spoilage, and shrink handlingStore inventory visibilityAct as functional owner for store-level POS sales processes and daily operations and ensure store transaction accuracy and complianceEnsure documentation and controls meet Infosys delivery and audit standardsCollaborate with ABAP teams on WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)Execute end-to-end solution testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support defect resolutionPrepare cutover plans, support go-live activities including issue resolution, functional checks, and migration validationProvide hyper care support and drive post-go-live stabilizationConduct training for key users and business teams on retail processes and Fiori applicationsEnsure all documentation complies with project standardsSkillsMust haveExperience in grocery or high-volume retail in Store operationsStrong knowledge of S/4HANA Retail processesStrong functional knowledge of store operations and inventory processesPOS integrationExcellent stakeholder management skillsNice to haveExposure to SAP CAR and store data modelsProven experience in store rollouts and franchise environmentsOmnichannel store fulfilment experienceMulti-country retail rollout exposureCompliance & Equal OpportunityAll aspects of employment at Infosys are based on merit, competence and performance.
