Supporting Bereavement Services Project

This role involves collaborating with the National Palliative Care Office to develop bereavement service provision within palliative care.
The successful candidate will support a specific project, contributing to the delivery of exceptional outcomes.
As part of this team, you will be responsible for:

* Organizing information and data generated through the different phases of the project.

* Scheduling and managing consultation sessions and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

* Providing Secretariat for the project's Advisory Group.

* Maintaining policies and records in line with GDPR and data retention requirements.

Key qualifications and experience include:

* A high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.

* Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.

* Excellent organisational, administration and data management skills.

* Proven ability to multi-task, be self-directed and manage time effectively.

* Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills.

* Enthusiastic, warm friendly manner.

* Ability to respond quickly to a small busy team.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Zoom and MS Teams.
