The Role:

I
rish Manufacturing Research (IMR) is seeking a Programme Manager for the FactoryXChange Digital Innovation Hub at a technologist level. This role will support the coordination and delivery of multi-partner programme, ensuring robust operational management across the consortium.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Management: Manages day-to-day delivery of the FXC programme, focusing on work packages, milestones, and task tracking.
* Multi-partner Coordination: Facilitates collaboration and communication between consortium partners on a technical and operational level; chairs meetings and presents project within international and national ecosystem.
* Technical Monitoring: Tracks technical progress and ensures alignment with project objectives and timelines.
* Compliance & Reporting: Prepares technical documentation, supports grant compliance, and compiles reports for funding bodies.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively identifies and addresses operational or technical issues, escalating when necessary.
* Budget and Resource Tracking: Manages resource allocation within specific work packages or project components.
* Support Review Meetings and Audits: Prepares supporting materials for audits or reviews.
* Implementation Support: Ensures work packages related tasks are completed, working closely with all work packages and task leaders.
* Work Package Leadership
:
Leads work package related to management and coordination of the FXC project.

Required
Skills and Experience:

* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's an advantage).
* 5+ years' experience managing EU-funded or complex multi-partner projects.
* Strong knowledge of EU funding programmes, compliance, reporting, and audits.
* Proven track record in coordinating cross-sector and international stakeholders.
* Experienced in full project lifecycle management, including budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
* Skilled in project management tools for planning, scheduling, reporting, and collaboration.
* Solid understanding of digital innovation, manufacturing technologies, and industrial transformation.
* Ability to engage with technical teams and bridge technical and business perspectives.
* Excellent communicator with strong reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive problem-solver with conflict resolution abilities.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Independent and team-oriented, with a commitment to continuous learning.

Location:

IMR offices are located in Rathcoole, Co Dublin and Mullingar, Co Westmeath. We offer a hybrid working model. Travel between offices and client sites will be required from time to time.

Salary & Benefits:

This position will command a package consisting of basic salary (€65,890 – €68,797 depending on qualifications and experience), employer pension contribution and 5 weeks holidays.
