The Role will Include To ensure all guests queries are handled promptly and efficiently. To ensure the night team is able to carry out their duties to the standards as laid down in the standard of performance manuals. To do a nightly pass over with the early duty manager when on shift. To complete the night audit. To ensure the safety of all guests at night time. To resolve any problems or queries as they arise. To handle any emergency situations. To assist with the cleaning of the hotel and public areas at night.
