Killaloe Hotel & Spa is a 4-star boutique hotel focused on customer service & guest experience. We have a busy spa & rooms department, but we are looking to add to our food & beverage department. Our facilities include the busy bar & restaurant O'Briens, a cocktail bar, a library for private dining, and a ballroom. We are seeking a full-time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join a young, dynamic team. Experience in a hotel or busy bar & restaurant is desired, as this is a hands-on role.
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will supervise the operational and financial success of the Food & Beverage department.
Responsibilities include supervising and overseeing all food and beverage areas in the hotel, supporting hotel events to ensure exceptional service, greeting guests warmly, assisting with employee training, ensuring timely delivery of meals and beverages, and daily supervision of the bar, restaurant, and conference & banqueting operations. A hands-on approach is essential.
Goals include improving the F&B offering continuously, increasing guest satisfaction, leading service in all outlets, liaising with the head chef and sales manager on promotions and menus.
