Senior Accountant / Auditor Northern Ireland Overview: Cpl NI is partnering with a leader in the professional services sector to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant/Auditor.
This hybrid role offers a blend of remote working and on-site reviews.
Key Responsibilities: *Conduct reviews to assess firms compliance with regulatory frameworks and professional standards *Evaluate firms processes and methodologies across a range of practising activities *Critically assess audit and accounting work, focusing on key technical issues *Provide actionable recommendations to enhance procedures, compliance, and overall quality *Engage in a broad range of challenging assignments offering unique insights into company performance and regulatory responses Essential Criteria: *Fully qualified member of a Recognised Accountancy Body, with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a practice or regulatory environment *Strong technical knowledge of professional, technical, and ethical standards *Proven organisational and communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage clients.
