Configure notifications, document incidents, and lead root cause investigations to promote continuous learning.
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members while fostering efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent the Control Room to stakeholders, manage third‑party relationships, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place.
Act as incident controller during emergencies.
Provide technical on‑call support to the shift teams.
Here’s who we’re looking for:
Relevant degree or significant experience in Electrical, Controls, Process, or Systems Engineering.
Significant experience of operations and engineering, ideally in an energy company.
Knowledge of energy and system service markets; understanding asset interactions is a plus.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading teams.
Skilled in operating energy assets and SCADA control systems.
Strong data analysis skills; proficient with OSI PI, Power BI, and Excel.
Ability to source, combine, analyse, and present large datasets.
Familiarity with incident management, root cause investigations, and action tracking is advantageous.
Solid technical understanding of equipment and processes.
