Assist retail leads & floor managersCoaches) in training new employees.
Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming/outgoing goods, refill products, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
Leverage digital device knowledge to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
Continuously improve knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up-to-date and seek insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
Education in retail, visual merchandising, styling, marketing, communication, art & design, fashion & styling, or a related bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience with a talent in visual merchandising & styling.
Strong interest in fashion & styling through digital followership and special interest media.
Ability to create product executions based on innovation storytelling and key volume drivers.
Autonomous delivery & improvisation of strong floor zoning plans.
Creativity and agility in a fast-moving environment.
Analytical capabilities of product sales.
Brand passion and integrity.
Understanding and enthusiasm of retail industry and sales.
Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
