Electrical Package Manager (BMS) – The Netherlands
We’re recruiting an experienced electrical Package Manager (BMS) to take ownership of BMS & MEP packages on a major hyperscale data centre project in Groningen, The Netherlands.
This role sits within a leading GC / MEP contractor delivering complex, high-tech projects across the data centre sector.
Responsibilities
Prepare reports, studies, cost estimates, schedules, and tender documentation.
Develop technical/contract documents and analyse returned tenders.
Maintain delivery schedules, look-ahead programmes, and accurate site reporting.
Oversee site operations, supervise construction activities, and coordinate materials, plant, and workers.
Manage method statements, risk assessments, quality inspections, snagging, and problem resolution.
Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors; prepare handover documentation.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
5+ years’ BMS engineering / supervision project delivery experience with a GC / Main Contractor
Proven Data Centre experience (hyperscale preferred)
Strong experience managing BMS systems
Excellent coordination, programme, and communication skills
EU Passport or full EU work eligibility required
Benefits
Salary circa €90K – €100k – DOE
