About the Role
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (NMBI) to join our Home Infusion team Nationwide. This role is ideal for nurses who want to step away from long hospital shifts and enjoy more flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance.
You will provide safe and high-quality IV/infusion therapy to patients in their homes, working closely with our clinical support team and referring hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
* Cannulation & Phlebotomy Skills Essential
* Demonstrable IV therapy experience including care of central venous access devices.
* Time management skills.
* Demonstrable computer skills in Word (preferable Microsoft Office) and email.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to present to a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to quickly build good rapport with new contacts.
* Deliver infusion therapy safely in the patient's home
* Complete clinical assessments and documentation
* Communicate with multidisciplinary teams
* Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
* Maintain accurate electronic records
Requirements
* Valid NMBI registration (RGN preferred)
* Experience in IV or acute care (home infusion training can be provided)
* Full driving licence & access to a car (preferred)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and professionally
