We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with Irish employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job posting to candidate integration.
2. Handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, and foster a collaborative work culture.
3. Coordinate newsletters, organise wellbeing events, and promote health initiatives in line with company calendars.
4. Support management with strategic HR guidance and policy implementation.
5. Identify training needs, design and deliver development programmes.
6. Review time and attendance data for payroll and system integrity.
7. Develop and update policies to reflect legal requirements and industry standards.
8. Lead appraisal processes and drive continuous performance feedback.
Requirements:
* Professional qualification in human resource management or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
* Strong advisory capabilities across a wide range of HR functions.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* High level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR software platforms.
