Your new role includes
* Assisting in the coordination and administration of commercial building projects.
* Creating drawings using AutoCAD and managing installation sheets.
* Liaising with the ordering team and site managers to ensure timely delivery of required items.
* Managing incoming enquiries from commercial sites and determining appropriate next steps.
* Checking weekly fitters’ invoices to ensure all claimed works are signed off by the main contractor.
* Setting up new projects on the Fieldview system and uploading and calibrating drawings and relevant documentation for use on‑site.
* Downloading and sharing installation sheets with main contractors, ensuring weekly uploads for sign‑off.
Experience you need
* Previous administration experience in a construction company is a distinct advantage.
* Minimum 1 year of experience using AutoCAD
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
