IT Project Manager - Permanent | Dublin (Hybrid)
A leading statutory body in the Irish public sector is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their dynamic technology function. This organisation plays a central role in the regulation of digital services and is expanding its remit under new EU legislation covering cybersecurity, data infrastructure, and digital accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of IT and digital transformation projects across internal, customer-facing, and regulated industry systems.
2. Define technical requirements and functional specs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
3. Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.
4. Manage third-party service providers, track SLAs, and monitor delivery performance.
5. Drive improvements in project methodology, tools, and documentation practices.
6. Contribute to process mapping and business analysis across key internal functions.
7. Support public procurement processes and manage contract lifecycles.
What You'll Bring
Essential:
8. Degree in IT, computer science, or a related technical field.
9. Recognised project management certification (Agile, PMP, Prince2, .
10. 3+ years of experience delivering IT projects, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
11. Strong skills in systems integration, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination.
12. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
13. Experience working in or with public sector/regulatory environments.
14. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 implementations and custom information systems.
15. Exposure to data-heavy environments and SQL-based systems.
