We are seeking a Chef De Partie for a busy Dublin city centre hotel.
This hotel is part of one of Ireland's most vibrant and growth orientated chain of hotels, therefore a variety of career paths will open to you within this company, permitting you to move up, and move out, into various locations both inside and outside Dublin.
First things first though and what our client is looking for now is somebody who is already a Chef De Partie or is ready to make the move up to this position from a Demi Chef De Partie role.
So even if you have not yet worked at this level but believe yourself to be ready to take on more responsibility we encourage you to apply for this position.
You will be joining a small and tightly knit team so you will need to be quite versatile and comfortable switching between the different corners within the kitchen.
