With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects, the business is scaling quickly and investing heavily in people, systems, and sustainability.We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function, strengthen controls, and provide meaningful commercial insight to support continued growth. This role sits at senior management level, reporting directly to the Managing Director and playing a key role in shaping financial strategy.The RoleAs Finance Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end financial operations within an SME environment—balancing operational delivery with strategic input.
