Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Leader to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the delivery of long-term supported housing services for women who are vulnerable. * The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, leading, and ensuring the effective management of the service in line with our mission, vision, and values. * This role involves providing strategic leadership and management to staff teams ensuring ongoing development and enhancement of services meet residents' needs. The ideal candidate will have a recognised professional qualification in Social Care or equivalent experience along with seven years post-qualification experience. They should possess strong judgement, interpersonal skills decision-making abilities & excellent teamwork skills.
