Our Client, A high performing asset management Firm are seeking a Head of Operations to join their growing Dublin office, based in the city centre. The role offers hands on exposure into the running of a investment management firm, strong growth potential and a strong overall packlage.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational support across the investment trade process, working closely with administrators, custodians and external providers to ensure efficient fund operations.
Support the implementation of new funds and product changes by coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners.
Monitor outsourced service providers to ensure delivery standards, regulatory obligations and internal controls are maintained.
Drive operational improvement initiatives, including process automation and the adoption of new technologies and AI-driven solutions.
Review service quality, operational risks and key fund activities including trade settlement, cash movements and NAV-related processes.
Act as a key contact for external counterparties and assist with reporting, oversight and relationship management across delegated providers.
Key Requirements
Experience within investment operations, asset management or fund services.
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of fund operations and financial markets.
Ability to manage stakeholders and third-party providers effectively.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Positive, adaptable mindset with an interest in process improvement and innovation.
