Position SummaryHybrid role – based 3 days on site in Cork.The purpose of this job is to drive sales growth, margin improvement as well as strong controls over financial planning, analysis and reporting. The candidate will play a key role in offering an unbiased and independent view on the business and the decisions that need to be taken. The primary business interactions in this position are the BG Finance Manager, Finance Director, and cross‑functional business partners.ResponsibilitiesNPI (New Product Introduction) & Business Case Financials: support the business‑case financials of new product launches, provide scenario modelling to support business decisions, be the financial gatekeeper for innovations.Post‑launch financial performance and tracking of KPIs.Quarter‑end and Year‑end Excellence: analyse financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive business results; ensure consistency of reporting.Long‑Range Plan (LRP): support the long‑range planning processes, including data input, consolidation, reporting and analysis.Partner with Portfolio Managers to align financial targets with the BU’s strategic roadmap; ensure transparency of assumptions and integrity of data.Undertake other ad‑hoc projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor and management.Identify and implement improvements to make financial and operational reporting better, faster and easier.Maintain overlap with US business hours (EST/PST) for team collaboration.Qualifications2–5 years’ experience in a similar role, in an international environment, ideally FMCG, consumer electronics or PC industry.Expert Excel user.Familiarity with ESS base and Oracle preferred.Experience working in a matrix/functional structure.Higher education or university degree.Fluent in English; additional certification(s) and language(s) a plus.Capable of bringing structure while enabling pace and controls in a fast‑changing business context.Self‑motivated with strong communication to management and multicultural context.BenefitsWe offer comprehensive and competitive benefits packages and working environments that are designed to be flexible and help you care for yourself and your loved ones, now and in the future.
