About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Leader to guide the people agenda across four of our leading sites.
Duties And Responsibilities:
You will be utilising your expertise in workforce planning to ensure the business has the right capabilities to deliver, while handling complex employee relations cases. Your commercial awareness skills will enable you align people plans directly with business performance.
• Proven HR leadership experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment is required.
The ideal candidate must have multi-site experience with ability manage priorities across multiple distinct locations
