Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage site operations, reporting to the Construction Project Manager
* Coordinate civils, drainage, and procurement activities with precision
* Ensure compliance with rigorous health and safety protocols, including temporary works and excavation permits
* Implement quality assurance strategies across all phases of the project
Requirements for Success:
* Proven trade background with strong carpentry skills (advantage)
* Experience with ICF construction and concrete frames, with a focus on quality and efficiency
* Civils/drainage expertise (bonus point)
* Ability to interpret and implement complex construction programmes
* Procurement knowledge and skills
* Strong commitment to quality and safety standards, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Desirable: Banksman & Teleporter tickets for added versatility
