Key Role: IT Support/Facilities Lead
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to take on the role of IT Support/Facilities Lead, ensuring seamless operations for internal and external stakeholders.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical issues promptly and efficiently, managing IT infrastructure and support ticket systems, and facilitating new hire onboarding and IT training.
* This role also involves coordinating facilities maintenance, vendor relations, inventory management, and office logistics, as well as driving continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations.
* In addition, the selected candidate must maintain accurate documentation and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support
* Familiarity with facilities management is preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential
* Able to multitask and work independently
* Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services
* Holding a full driver's license is required
