WicklowTulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort are looking for a new Marketing and Digital Media Executive to join the management team in the beautiful Blessington ResortOur HotelMore than just a hotel. Tulfarris is one of the most picturesque hotels in Wicklow. Our luxurious hotel consists of 92 guest rooms and 3 self-catering lodges with their own unique story and style which provide the perfect setting for weddings and all sorts of special events. The Brasserie and The Fairways Restaurant serve an array of delicious food in a relaxing environment which boasts panoramic views across our golf course, the Blessington Lakes and Wicklow Mountains. All our food is sourced locally from our Irish farmers, cheese mongers and suppliers. We're also causing quite the stir with our fine selection of beers and cocktails Located just 45 minutes from Dublin City and 25 minutes from the M50, the hotel is easily accessible.Your New RoleReporting directly to the hotel's Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be a professional and polished individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate will have at least 2 - 3 years hotel Marketing experience. You will demonstrate excellent team leading abilities as well as the initiative required to multi task in this busy environment.EventsTo deal with incoming enquiries to secure business for conferences, meeting rooms and eventsTo act as the main point of contact for the booker once the event is confirmedTo follow up with the client to ensure their event was successful and to liaise with the sales team on securing repeat/future businessTo hand over any event enquiries that we could not accept to the corporate sales manager to ensure they are logged in the CRMBar & RestaurantTo assist with promotions to drive local business to The Brasserie and Fairways Restaurant including Sunday lunch, bar food, christenings, parties, funeral receptions etcDigital MediaTo manage and monitor the resort's social media accounts in a consistent and professional manner through use of content calendars and scheduled postsTo publish content and to respond to guest/user content and messagingMarketingTo assist with in-house and offline marketing/advertising collateral such as posters, brochures, flyers, menus, wedding adverts etc.To support head office marketing division with requests for information in a timely mannerTo ensure all website menus/information is accurate and correct - Liaising with Head office marketing team for all updates to be undertakenTo ensure all third party site information about the hotel's various departments are all up to date.To work with the PR company in approving requests and issuing information as requiredTo join the monthly sales & marketing meeting and to action plans set out for the month aheadTo assist with photoshoots/videoTo co-ordinate information from the hotel internal teams when needed for large projectsTo ensure all collateral is approved by head officeThis is a full time position and will involve working some evenings and weekendsWhy Work With Us?We offer a variety of roster options which can be tailored to suit a positive work-life balance.
