Your missionExcellent opportunity to join our Merchandising team and work for a well-known FMCG and retail brand covering Coonagh, Limerick.Monday - Saturday2 hours per day6am 8amCome work with us and we will provide:€12.70 per hour.Full training.What you will be doing:To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space.Stock rotation and stock orders daily (will involve some heavy lifting).Optimize the replenishment of stock on display units and sections.Liaise with field supervisors, store managers, and sales representatives.Prompt and accurate reporting on all store visits.Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product.Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place.Capture before and after photographs.Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed.Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team.To support all product launches and promotions across all serviced brands.Your profileRequirements for the role:Familiar with technology.Good interpersonal & communication skills.Good organisational skills.Proficient in English (verbal).Hardworking, polite and professional.Good attention to detail.INDMERAbout usFMI is a diverse business specialising in Field Management, Brand Management and Distribution and Contact Centre services across multiple sectors including FMCG, Drinks, Utilities, Telco, and Government.
