Role Description This is a full or part time, on-site role for a Dispensing Optician ideally (but not essentially) to go between our two practices in Swords and Southgate, Drogheda.
The Dispensing Optician will work closely with customers to provide expert advice on eyewear selection, ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions, and support clients with their optical needs.
Responsibilities include advising on lens options, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
The role also involves working collaboratively with the team to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications Proficiency in optics and related knowledge to ensure accurate eyewear prescriptions and adjustments Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with an emphasis on creating positive client experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse clientele Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications or education in optical dispensing or a related field is advantageous
