Job Description
We are seeking a proactive sales professional with a strong background in identifying customer needs and providing tailored recommendations for Investment, Life, and Pensions products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve revenue and business targets across life, pension, and investment products, maintaining high standards of professionalism and advice.
2. Conduct thorough fact-finding with customers to identify and prioritize their financial needs and objectives.
3. Develop and nurture both internal and external relationships to promote the business.
4. Adhere to defined quality standards, ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Demonstrates strong communication and organizational abilities.
* Capable of analysing issues, seeking necessary support, and making informed decisions.
* Efficiently works towards achieving set goals and targets.
* CFP or working towards the designation desirable, QFA essential.
