We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our HR team as an Onboarding Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement onboarding plans for new employees
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for candidates
* Coordinate logistics, including ID cards and parking arrangements
* Design and deliver initial training programs and implement a buddy system
* Organize regular induction training sessions
* Assist with candidate relocations by booking accommodation and flights
* Oversee the graduate program
* Create and manage a new hire check-in process and facilitate regular check-ins between HR, employees, and managers
* Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements
* Provide weekly management reports and perform ad-hoc duties
This role plays a vital part in supporting the growth of our organization. The successful candidate will be based at our global headquarters in Dublin and be responsible for employee onboarding, mobility, and the graduate program.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A flexible and proactive attitude
* Prior experience in a similar role is highly valued
