Junior Application Monitoring Engineer
Permanent position with eir evo
The successful candidate will work on and receive exposure to different technologies, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Cloud (Azure), as well as the latest Microsoft applications & solutions.
The role would involve:
* Receiving, logging, and resolving user-reported issues via various channels (phone, email, ticketing system).
* Troubleshooting technical problems with software, hardware, and network systems.
* Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved issues to second / third level support teams
* Processing requests for new services or modifications to existing ones
* Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Network issues, Office, O365
* Maintain and build knowledge Base Articles
* Application troubleshooting and 1st level support
* Manage and assign File Permissions and Access Rights
* Support of Mobile Devices
* Providing clear and concise updates to users on the status of their tickets.
* Ensuring a positive user experience and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Skills Required
* 2+ years Working in a Service Desk environment (required)
* Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office 365 – Level 1 support
* Excellent customer service & communication skills, focus on providing a positive user experience.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
* Excellent Team work skills
