Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and analytically-minded Paid Media Manager who stays in the know of what's happening on all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid social ads across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok platforms, as well as expertise in paid search and video platforms such as YouTube Ads. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement, conversions and support business goals for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage and optimise multichannel campaigns across leading social platforms, specifically Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn.
* Assist with the planning and execution of digital advertising strategies across multiple channels and a number of international markets.
* Be confident advising clients on best use of digital ad spend and make recommendations based on commercial goals.
* Manage budgets effectively to maximise return and advise on allocation.
* Oversee Paid Search or Display Ad campaigns ensuring they meet performance KPIs and successfully achieving campaign goals.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, making data-driven decisions to enhance in-market audience response effectiveness.
* Collaborate with creative teams to brief in paid ad assets to deliver compelling ad creatives.
* Provide regular performance reports to clients and Head of Performance Marketing highlighting key insights and recommendations.
* Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in paid media management.
* Proven experience with paid social ads on Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
* Experience managing paid search ads on platforms such as Google Ads.
* Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube ads.
* General knowledge of digital advertising platforms and best practices.
* Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
* In-depth understanding of key metrics used across digital campaigns.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience across ecommerce is an advantage.
