Job Title:
A Patient Services Coordinator is sought to join a growing team in Dublin.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to clinical sales and nurse teams, process patient assessment forms, and schedule diagnostic clinics. This role involves working closely with other team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support clinical sales and nurse teams in their daily tasks
* Process and manage patient assessment forms efficiently
* Schedule diagnostic clinics and patient set ups in accordance with agreed protocols
* Manage team diaries to ensure efficient use of time
* Monitor and report on daily KPIs
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information for monthly reporting
* Maintain and update patient records in the CRM database
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline current workflow practices
* Manage large key accounts solely for appointments
* Respond comprehensively to patient queries in a timely manner
* Meet month-end deadlines and KPIs
* Manage incoming post, sort, and distribute it to relevant departments
Requirements:
* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably gained in a healthcare setting
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
* Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* SAP experience is an advantage
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative
* Strong open and receptive communication skills
* An outgoing and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
* Able to multitask and adapt to changing situations
* A team player with a willingness to contribute to team success
