Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality holistic care
Maintain residents' hygiene and personal care needs while ensuring their dignity
Assist residents with nutrition and hydration
Support mobility using appropriate aids
Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff
Engage residents in activities that enhance their quality of life
Carry out any other duties as assigned by nursing staff and management
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or a related field
Practical experience in a caring role preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, caring, and empathetic demeanor
Comfort in sometimes challenging environments
Good command of the English language
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
