Job Overview:
This role is responsible for converting enquiries into memorable experiences through proactive sales, meticulous planning, and seamless execution.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with in-house teams to deliver exceptional events while actively pursuing new business in the corporate golf and event market.
Sales & Client Management
* Generate and convert corporate golf event enquiries (groups of 12+), clubhouse functions, and residential golf stay packages.
* Proactively seek new business from corporate clients, event agencies, and networking opportunities.
* Conduct site visits and client meetings, presenting tailored proposals and upselling resort services.
Promote and upsell F&B packages, golf day enhancements (e.g. breakfast, drinks receptions), and branded corporate merchandise.
Event Coordination
* Serve as the main point of contact for all confirmed corporate golf events and private clubhouse functions (e.g. christenings, communions, milestone celebrations).
* Prepare and distribute detailed function sheets to all relevant departments to ensure operational readiness.
* Liaise with in-house teams (golf operations, F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, front office) to guarantee smooth event execution.
Ensure guest needs are met on the day of the event and provide post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
* Coordinate closely with the Director of Golf for all golf-related events and tee time management.
* Work with the Director of Sales to align corporate strategy and reporting metrics.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, confirmed bookings, and revenue pipelines using the resort's CRM or event management system.
Provide feedback and insights to help refine packages, pricing, and event execution.

Professional Requirements and Experience:
A minimum 3–5 years' experience in sales, events, or hospitality—ideally within a golf resort, private club, or luxury venue—is required. A track record of delivering high-value corporate or private events is essential. Familiarity with golf terminology, formats, and event types (shotgun starts, stableford scoring, etc.) is advantageous. Experience with function sheets, CRM systems, and event management software is also required.
